EFG London Jazz Festival: Steven Bamidele Trio

Steven Bamidele presents a very special trio live show for London Jazz Festival. His stage presence and love for performing live have led him to headline Ronnie Scott’s Upstairs, The 100 Club, Brighton Dome Studio, Prince Albert, Jazz re:freshed, Workman’s Club, Pizza Express Live Soho and The Gallimaufry.

Steven has supported renowned artists Alice Russell, Sly5thAve, Hot 8 Brass Band, Marlon Craft, Brand New Heavies and Ebi Soda, while making festival appearances at SXSW Austin, We Out Here, Love Supreme, Shambala, The Great Escape, and Brick Lane Jazz.

His recent LP ‘THE CRASH!’ was written against the backdrop of an ever-changing world, combining indie-soul, jazz, acoustic and electronic textures, along with daydream-esque storytelling. He has received support from the likes of Blues Project, Somewhere Soul, BBC Radio 3, BBC 6Music, BBC Introducing, Clash Magazine, Wordplay and Fusicology, alongside extensive playlisting from Jazz FM and KCRW.
