Alpha Cassiopeiae takes its name from the brightest star in the Cassiopeia constellation and is also a French instrumental duo built around keyboards and drums. Their music blends hypnotic repetition inspired by GoGo Penguin, the rhythmic tension of Tigran Hamasyan, the minimalist approach of Mammal Hands and Portico Quartet, and the organic textures of Alfa Mist.
