Der Zig Zag Jazz Club ist stolz darauf, mit Tal Arditi eines der aufregendsten jungen Jazztalente der europäischen Jazzszene zu präsentieren. Als junges musikalisches Genie von gerade einmal 27 Jahren ist Tal bereits auf vielen Jazzplatten zu hören und spielte bereits auf einigen der größten Bühnen der Welt. Er bewegt sich mühelos durch jedwedes Genre und besticht sowohl durch seine Virtuosität wie auch durch sein Einfühlungsvermögen. In seinem Quartett hat Tal Freunde und erstklassige Mitstreiter auf Top-Niveau versammelt, die ihm an Kunstfertigkeit und Ausdruckswillen in nichts nachstehen. Die Band spielt eine exquisite Auswahl an Jazzmusik, inspiriert von Gitarrengrößen wie Wes Montgomery, John Scofield, George Benson und Pat Metheny. Ein Abend voll unvergleichlicher Virtuosität, spontaner Interaktionen und feuriger Improvisationen!

Der in Tel Aviv geborene und in Berlin lebende Ori Jacobson ist einer der beliebtesten und renommiertesten Saxophonisten der Stadt. Er hat an der Seite von Esperanza Spalding (Gewinnerin von vier Grammy Awards), Terri Lyne Carrington (Gewinnerin von zwei Grammy Awards) und Susana Baca (Gewinnerin des Latin Grammy) gespielt und ist auf weltbekannten Bühnen wie dem North Sea Jazz Festival, dem Montreux Jazz Festival, dem Beacon Theater und der Agganis Arena aufgetreten, um nur einige zu nennen. Ori ist Magna Cum Laude-Absolvent des Berklee College of Music für Bachelor- und Master-Abschlüsse am Global Jazz Institute unter der Leitung von Danilo Perez und erhielt ein Vollstipendium für beide Abschlüsse für sein herausragendes Spiel. Während seiner Zeit in Berklee studierte er eng mit einigen der wichtigsten Saxophonisten der heutigen Jazzszene: Joe Lovano, George Garzone und David Liebman. Ori ist derzeit der Saxophonist des Doug Weiss Quartetts und des Louis Bonilla Quintetts.

Christian Müller ist Bassist und Komponist Abschlüssen von der HfMT Hamburg sowie dem Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Parallel dazu wurde er ins Bundesjazzorchester (BujazzO) unter der Leitung von Niels Klein und Jiggs Whigham aufgenommen. Konzertreisen führten ihn auf Bühnen in- und außerhalb Deutschlands. Unter anderem: Elbjazz-Festival (DE), Jazz Baltica-Festival(DE), Uitmarkt Festival (NL), Borneo Jazz Festival (MYS). In der Vergangenheit spielte er mit: Gilad Hekselman, Seamus Blake, Marcio Doctor, Wanja Slavin und noch vielen weiteren fabelhaften Musikerinnen. Christians Arbeit als Sideman ist auf mehreren Alben mit diversen Projekten dokumentiert.

Der Schlagzeuger Jan Leipnitz wurde in Schkeuditz bei Leipzig geboren. Er begann als Teenager in Hardcore Bands zu spielen. Mit 20 zog er nach Berlin, studierte Philosophie an der Humboldt Universität und später Jazzdrums an der UdK, jeweils ohne formalen Abschluss. Er lebte für einige Zeit in Neuseeland und Australien. JL konzertierte mit Musikern wie: Gebhard Ullmann, Marty Cook, Gerhard Gschlössl, Wanja Slavin, Giorgio Pacorig, Andy Sugg, Jonathan Crayford, Kris Wanders, Jeff Henderson, Paul Dyne, Felix Wahnschaffe, Henrik Walsdorff, Rudi Mahall, Joe Haider, Dale Barlow, Sandhy Sondoro.

Tel Aviv born and Berlin based, Ori Jacobson has played alongside Esperanza Spalding (Four Grammy Awards winner), Terri Lyne Carrington (Two Grammy Awards winner), Susana Baca (Latin Grammy winner) and performed on world renown stages such as North Sea Jazz Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, Beacon Theater and Agganis Arena to name a few. Ori is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Berklee College of Music for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Global Jazz Institute lead by Danilo Perez, awarded a full tuition scholarship for both degrees for outstanding jazz and saxophone performance. During his time in Berklee he studied closely with some of the most dominant saxophone voices of today's jazz scene: Joe Lovano, George Garzone and David Liebman. Ori is currently the saxophone player of the Doug Weiss Quartet and Louis Bonilla Quintet.

In parallel, he was selected for the German National Youth Jazz Orchestra (BuJazzO) under the direction of Niels Klein and Jiggs Whigham. His concert tours have taken him to stages both in Germany and abroad, including the Elbjazz Festival (DE), Jazz Baltica Festival (DE), Uitmarkt Festival (NL), and the Borneo Jazz Festival (Malaysia). In the past, he has performed with artists such as Gilad Hekselman, Seamus Blake, Marcio Doctor, Wanja Slavin, and many other outstanding musicians. His work as a sideman is documented on several albums with various projects.
