With over five decades of experience, Ritenour’s fluid technique, rich harmonies, and effortless groove have made him one of the most respected and versatile musicians in the world. Backed by a world-class band, his live show is a masterclass in artistry, seamlessly weaving intricate solos, dynamic rhythms, and deep musical expression into every note.

Across his remarkable career, the Los Angeles-born guitarist has explored nearly every corner of the musical spectrum - from 70s fusion pioneer to 80s crossover star, from Brazilian jazz devotee to a founding member of the supergroup Fourplay. Known affectionately as “Captain Fingers” for his extraordinary dexterity, Ritenour has performed on hundreds of albums and even contributed to Pink Floyd’s legendary The Wall. In recent years, he continues to evolve, blending jazz fusion with elements of blues, pop, and world music - proof that his creativity and groove remain as vital as ever.
