Yunchan Lim, Iván Fischer and the Concertgebouw Orchestra: Liszt

A concert with Iván Fischer is always a joy. Following Weber’s Overture to Der Freischütz, the Concertgebouw Orchestra is sharing the stage with the piano marvel Yunchan Lim for a performance of Liszt’s Second Piano Concerto. We then turn to Schubert’s magnificent Ninth Symphony, also known as the ‘Great’ – and for good reason.
