Hey look at me

“Hey look at me” is a cry and a hymn to life. From the moment we are born, we need to be seen by someone. Being seen is, in fact, the first process of human socialisation, as well as what primarily gives meaning to human action in the world. With this idea at its core, the group seeks to ‘be’ by being seen, using simple musical elements that are far from common in jazz aesthetics, such as fragile, childlike melodies and progressive rock-flavoured riffs. Like a child who opens his eyes and meets his mother's gaze for the first time, smiling as he finally emerges from his solitude, the group seeks to connect with its audience using simple but sincere elements.
