UCLA Symphony: Dvořák, Broughton and Bernstein

The UCLA Symphony invites you to an evening of music on a grand scale. Dvořák’s powerful Symphony No. 7 anchors a program that spans continents and styles, from Prague to Broadway. The program is rounded out by grand Hollywood composer Bruce Broughton’s Tuba Concerto and Leonard Bernstein’s “Symphonic Dances” from West Side Story, bringing the energy, rhythm and drama of Broadway to the concert stage.
