Step into a night that feels lifted from a Parisian café and goes roaring into the 21st century. The Django Festival AOn the occasion of Tony Bennett’s 100th Birthday, trumpeter and vocalist Benny Benack III has assembled some of the finest musicians of his generation to celebrate the life and work of the legendary Tony Bennett. One of the most beloved and enduring vocalists in American popular music, Tony was renowned for his warm baritone, impeccable phrasing, and timeless interpretations of the Great American Songbook. He rose to fame in the early 1950s and never stopped performing, earning new generations of fans through collaborations with artists like Lady Gaga. He won 20 Grammy Awards over his career, including a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and remained a symbol of elegance, artistry, and joy in music until his passing in 2023.

Joining Benny onstage will be superstar pianist Emmett Cohen from Emmett’s place, drummer Joe Saylor, known for his work with Jonathan Batiste and The Late Show with Steven Colbert, and Joey Ranieri an in-demand bassist by many, including one of Tony’s favorite accompanists, Bill Charlap.
