Drummer Guy Salamon, trumpeter Alistair Payne and bassist Ton Felices are ready for an adventure. But who takes the lead? Someone has to make the first move, because without it, nothing happens. What does it actually mean to be in charge? Do you always walk ahead, talk loud, or is it really about listening to the others? In this show, the three musicians set off on a journey, hesitating, looking at each other, until someone finally dares. And that changes everything.
Oorkaan invites drummer, composer and bandleader Guy Salamon for a production full of exciting rhythms, funny sounds and blazing jazz. Direction is in the hands of Jochem Stavenuiter, co-founder of the Oorkaan Method, known for previous productions including Sticks and Cellokrijgers.
