Yo Hes invites Ramona Horvath

Yonatan Hes is a franco-American saxophonist who studied at the Berklee College of Music, Brussels Royal Conservatory and the Paris National Conservatory. Originally from Cluny, Burgundy, he forged an open musical universe influences by his mentors Jacques Baguet, François Gallix, Stéphane Galland, Tia Fuller, Jeroen Van Herzeel, but also his heroes Dexter Gordon, Cannonball Adderley and Jackie Mclean. 

For this special evening, he invites his friend, Paris based pianist Ramona Horvath.

As the leader of five albums acclaimed by international critics, Ramona has collaborated with musicians such as André Villéger, Ronald Baker, Tony Lakatos, and Saul Rubin, and has performed at prestigious clubs and festivals across Europe, from the Sunset-Sunside in Paris to venues in Vienna, Lisbon, Rome, Budapest, and Brussels. Her playing, deeply rooted in the traditions of swing and bebop, captivates audiences with its lyricism, elegance, and sense of improvisation.
