Hushed horns, keyboards, and warm analogue textures sway beneath Amy Boone’s deeply soulful voice, evoking Dusty Springfield and Rickie Lee Jones. Led by Amy Boone alongside acclaimed novelist & songwriter Willy Vlautin, the band features Cory Gray, Sean Oldham and Freddy Trujillo, whose horn, rhythm and keyboard arrangements shape their distinctive sound.Co-headlining with his band, Mark Eitzel, former lead singer & songwriter of American Music Club, performs songs from a new American Music Club box set released next February, and some solo highlights. He has released over ten solo albums and nine albums with American Music Club, with the Guardian calling him 'America's greatest living lyricist'.
