Reiss Ellis Beckles is a rising voice in the UK jazz scene, known for his warm, expressive delivery and thoughtful improvisation and compositions. His music balances lyrical storytelling with harmonic depth which takes listeners on a journey.
David Berkman is an acclaimed New York-based pianist and composer, celebrated for his imaginative playing and strong sense of swing. Berkman has performed with numerous jazz luminaries including: Sonny Stitt, Tom Harrell, Brian Blade, the Vanguard Orchestra, Cecil McBee, Dave Douglas and Chris Potter. A leading figure in contemporary jazz, Berkman’s work blends sophistication with emotional clarity, making him a standout presence on any stage.
Tom Rivière has been a long-time collaborator with Reiss, anchoring the music with his rich tone and rhythmic precision. His playing is both supportive and inventive, providing a strong foundation while adding subtle but deep melodic & rhythmic colour.
Tim Giles is a London veteran of the jazz scene, known for his dynamic energy and musical sensitivity. His rhythmic approach brings both drive and nuance, helping to shape the group’s sound with flair and authority.
