Led by Japanese guitarist Warabe T, who has been based in the UK for many years, Waranoid-T delivers a powerful blend of Funk, Blues, and Soul with infectious grooves and explosive live energy.

Warabe’s musical journey was profoundly shaped in the 1990s when he had the rare opportunity to jam on stage with legendary bassist Larry Graham (Graham Central Station, Sly & The Family Stone). That unforgettable experience sparked a lifelong dedication to funk and groove that still drives his music today.

Over the years, Warabe has shared stages and collaborated with an impressive list of legendary musicians including Dick Heckstall-Smith (Bluesbreakers, Alexis Korner’s Blues Incorporated), Jim Rodford (Argent, The Kinks, The Zombies), Zoot Money, Kazuo Takeda (Blues Creation), and Diz Disley (Stéphane Grappelli), among many others.

Known for his daily “Groove of the Day” social media posts, Warabe has built a growing international following through his signature funky grooves, soulful feel, and unmistakable playing style.

London-based guitarist and singer-songwriter Paul Marney brings a deeply expressive and soulful performance style that resonates far beyond the stage.

Originally from the Philippines, Paul’s music blends Blues, Soul, and heartfelt songwriting, inspired by legendary artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, John Mayer, Paul McCartney, and Eric Clapton.

His journey has been more than musical. Physical and emotional scars have shaped his artistry, giving his performances a rare honesty and emotional depth. Through powerful storytelling, soaring guitar solos, and an intimate yet commanding voice, Paul creates performances that are both deeply personal and universally moving.

Having recently moved to London, Paul is preparing to release his debut album, Man of the Hour, this summer.
