Through this community, he was mentored by leading figures in UK jazz including Andy Grappy, Gary Crosby OBE, and Byron Wallen, shaping an artist firmly grounded in tradition while committed to pushing the music forward. He is a graduate of Trinity Laban, where he completed his Jazz Performance degree.
