About the Event

Anne-Sophie Mutter will celebrate her 50th anniversary on stage in 2026 and 2027.

The four-time Grammy award-winning violinist is joined by Maximilian Hornung and Lauma Skride, blending the Classical era with contemporary sounds.

Honouring the late composer André Previn, the evening features Previn’s The Fifth Season, a single movement piece with jazz and high energy rhythmical elements and a performance of Previn’s Trio.

The concert progresses with Mutter’s solo performance of Likoo, a profound exploration of Iranian heritage through the voice of the solo violin. The evening reaches a crescendo with Beethoven’s 'Archduke' music of sweeping grandeur for a trio of virtuosos.
