Joe Thompson’s Christmas Birthday Bash

It is now official. Christmas begins on December 3rd, and so do Joe’s birthday celebrations. Now a popular annual event, Joe’s Christmas bash celebrates the best of Christmas music, presented afresh and with aplomb.

The birthday side of the night sees Joe delving into some of his non-Christmas piano favourites in an entirely self indulgent manner.

So bring your party hats, but be prepared for some top quality musicianship from Rob Rickenberg on bass, and (spoiler alert) vocals, but that shouldn’t spoil things too much, and the remarkable Sophie Alloway performing acrobatics on the drums, and if she can be persuaded, festive chimes.
