Late Late Show with Zaimie

Zaimie is a vibrant collective blending soulful passion with funky flair, designed to uplift and energise. Formed by DJs and producers Zaidi Kiggundu (Ziggy Funk) and Jamie McShane, Zaimie draws from the rich traditions of funk, soul, and jazz, while infusing them with modern energy and musical precision.

Backed by a powerhouse ensemble of seasoned musicians and vocalists, Zaimie brings their acclaimed albums Fortuitous and Black Velvet to life on stage - complete with bold horn solos, infectious basslines, and soulful keys. Their sound bridges eras, honouring 60s and 70s influences while pushing forward with a fresh, contemporary edge.

The group was born from a chance meeting, proving music's power to connect. Their live shows are a celebration of unity through groove, a nostalgic yet forward-thinking experience.

Every Friday and Saturday night, following the second show, Ronnie Scott’s presents the Late Late Show, where some of the UK’s finest jazz talents take to the stage for a late night blowing session. We are changing the vibe with music that includes and is influenced by jazz-funk, soul, R&B and hip hop.

A DJ will augment the evening starting the night until close. Most tickets for the Late Late Show will be available at the door if advance tickets have sold out.

Priority tickets available, subject to availability. Please ask for prices on the night.
