Samuel Hasselhorn and Ammiel Bushakevitz: Schubert

Schubert could compose songs in the same room where his friends were playing cards and making a lot of noise. On his own, he took German song to an unprecedented level, never surpassed, rarely equalled. Baritone Samuel Hasselhorn and his accompanist Ammiel Bushakevitz know this. Together they are working on a Schubert project, performing and recording the songs Schubert wrote in his final years. Tonight you will hear their Schubert.
