Danish saxophonist Asger Nissen is back in Berlin and has gathered a fresh quartet of remarkable musicians of the Berlin and Copenhagen scene. In a modern avant-postbop aesthetic, the music merges 12-tone- & post tonal harmony with linearity and raw interplay of improvised jazz; highly melodic and tangible as well as openly searching and multi directed.
