Toon Roos + Ivan Paduart trio

With his lyrical, intuitive and well-balanced style of playing, Bird Award winner Toon Roos from the Netherlands is considered by many one of the finest tenor and soprano saxophone players in Europe. Over the years, he has worked with jazz and fusion greats such as Joe Zawinul, Peter Erskine, John Scofield, Ivan Lins and Steely Dan.

Since 1998 Toon and pianist Ivan Paduart have been touring Europe and China and recorded several albums. They share a taste for lyricism and elegance and will be glad to meet again on their favorites tunes, including several of their own refined compositions.
