Grammy and Emmy Award-winning composer, pianist and producer Emily Bear has been making waves since her professional debut at just five years old. Now 24, her remarkable career spans jazz, classical, pop, film and musical theatre — from becoming the youngest composer to write the soundtrack for a Disney animated feature with Moana 2, to winning a Grammy for The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical and performing as featured pianist on Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour. A longtime collaborator of the late Quincy Jones, who produced her chart-topping jazz album when she was nine, Bear brings a rare combination of virtuosity and creative range to Blue Note London.
