Mammal Hands

The trio performs new music from their new album Circadia, taking us on a sonic journey that fuses electronic music with jazz.

With a broad array of influences, Mammal Hands take inspiration from jazz, contemporary classical, electronica, folk and minimalism to create their own style. They take us on a journey through their discography, including new music from their forthcoming 6th studio album as well as a selection from their first five albums: Gift from the Trees, Captured Spirits, Shadow Work, Floa, Animalia and Becoming.

Since their last performance in 2023, Rob Turner (formerly of Gogo Penguin) has joined the trio on the drums, bringing his eclectic rhythms and propulsive energy into the band’s immersive and hypnotic sound world.Opening the show is London-born composer and musician Sam Beste's music project The Vernon Spring, which merges jazz-infused piano with electronic production, ambient textures, and sampling.
