The Score Revisited – 30th Anniversary

A full live band performs The Fugees’ classic The Score in full to celebrate its 30th Anniversary.

Blending classic doo-wop, soul, RnB and reggae into a contemporary framework, The Score became a pivotal force in the evolution of a new wave of hip-hop and neo-soul.

Released in 1996, the album marked a defining moment for the trio of Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel, who formed in the late 1980s in South Orange, New Jersey.

From ‘Ready or Not,’ ‘Zealots,’ and ‘Fu-Gee-La,’ to ‘Family Business,’ and ‘Killing Me Softly With His Song’, this is a celebration of an album that changed the course of modern music.
